3dTours.Online LLC owns all photos and gives the ordering agent the unrestricted right to use the images in all their marketing. 3dtours.online LLC and our partners/affiliates have the right to display the property images and 3d Tours on their websites, ads and social media.

Before Ordering Please Verify the Following As It May Effect Results and Can Result in $50 or $75 Fee.
1. Home will be photo ready on scheduled day and time. Photographer is not responsible for cleaning, organizing or staging the home. Photographer may move a few small items at photographer's discretion. Some rooms have the appearance of being a closets so Agent or Owner must have the doors open to each room that will be shot. Home will be photographed in its current state. If photographer has to wait for last minute clean up or adjustments there will be an additional $50 charge.
2. During scheduled time home must be vacated (it can take up to 3hrs to scan a single home and for the photographers safety and efficiency this is required). If home is not vacated at the time of the photo shoot it will be an additional $50 charge.
3. All pets are crated, put in the garage and photographer notified, or removed from property during scheduled shoot (Photographer may need to access all rooms, garage, and backyard and will have to reschedule if pets are loose $75 Charge).
4. Verify we will have access to home for the duration of the scheduled appointment.
Only 10:00am can be appointment only. Appointment times are not exact, actual time ranges are listed below:
Summer Schedule
10:00am Appointment is 10:00am-1pm
1:00pm Appointment is 11am-4pm
4:00pm Appointment is 2pm-7pm
Winter Schedule
10:00am Appointment is 10:00am-1pm
1:00pm Appointment is 11am-5:00pm
4:00pm Appointment is 2pm-7pm
No Access will result in $75 Charge
5. Weather Policy.
Rain: There will be no rescheduling fee due to Rain if the agent reschedules before 6 am on the day of the scheduled appointment. This applies only for at least 30%+ Chance of rain for your properties Zip code for the time of the scheduled tour (as determined by weather.com). If it is raining at the time of appointment we will not be able to shoot exterior photos. If you would like to book a new shoot for exterior photos on another day it will be a $75 charge.
Wind: If photographer determines it is too windy outside to conduct a scan/photo for a 3d/360 View of the exterior there will be a refund applied to only those add-ons. HDR Photos and Twilight images can show blurry areas of movement. Flags will appear blurry unless it is completely still and for this reason it is advised they are removed for the shoot.. If HDR is ordered and it is extremely windy the outside images may be taken with standard photography and no refund or discount will be given. For Drone a refund will be issued if it is too windy to fly. If you would like to reschedule there may be an additional rescheduling fee may be charged.
6. What is Included in the 3d Scan
The 3d technology system only allows for a single continuous area to be scanned (which most SFR are). Separate 360 scans can be added to cover additional areas (for a fee). If other continuous areas are large it may require a separate 3d Tour (ex: duplex, triplex, etc) for a $50 fee. The photographer will scan each room in the continuous area at least once. Garages are typically not scanned or photographed without specific request.
7. Real Estate Board and MLS
By ordering you agree to hold 3dtours.Online LLC harmless of any violations and/or fees that may arise from your local real estate board and/or MLS. It is the agents duty to know their local restrictions and make sure they meet their Board's/MLS requirements before posting our Photos, 3d, single property websites and/or products.
